Dear Friend,
Yesterday i posted in forex factory forum , link of this blog to show trade setup and also i posted one sample chart. and then another three chart showing price movement.
After looking at Chart posted in ForexFactory forum, Many forex traders visit Blog about 250 visitor , I posted next three chart showing how price reacted to Strong SMA. H1 TF
To my surprise, No one ask anything about Chart or setup. only one person send me message.
I posted three post...and in last post i mention if no one interested i am going to delete post in next 2 Hours. No one ask anything and after 2 hours i remove all post in FF Forum.
Why this happen ?
People search for Complex things and ignore some basic things.
If you show people Simple things in Complex And attractive way ..people get attracted.
We get so much lost in Complex things and forget simple way of looking at things.
Here is 4 chart which shows you how price reactes to SMA

Which TF ?

Let me tell you some importnat thing.
Open H1 Chart, open all pair available on your MT4.
Check daily which pair touch Strong SMA H1 SMA2400. and if pair reach this SMA with good travel go long/short . do same with H4 Time frame SMA2400
Watch Multipair....... atlest 15/20pair on screen.
if you only watch one or three pair...you will get frustrated..so watch multiple pair and wait for pair to reach strong SMA. and when some pair reach strong SMA BUY/SELL spot..that pair will influance other pair movement

Something about SL Hunting

Many time you will experience this.
Your see long signal.. you feel price is going to rise....you go long.. kepp SL just below recent low. say below 40pip.... Price rise some pips ...you see small pip profit.....you expect 50 to 100pip move in your favour.......then Oh No What happen .....suddenly price start falling... It touch your SL..you lost trade...And wonder as soon as your SL hit price reverse from there and then crosses your entry point and rise as you expected............you keep looking at rise with frustration. What is this ?.
Market is Smart.
When you see Price is going to rise..you go long...and put SL just below recent low.
What this tell ? you Buy at higher price and ready to sell and bellow price...
Say you long E/U at 1.5540 and keep SL at 1.5505 35pip below entry price.
Your SL order which is placed at 1.5505 tell market that, you wish to sell E/U at 1.5505 . so why market will buy at Higher price above 1.5540 when you are ready to sell at 1.5505 ? . so market goes there to pick your sell order which is your SL .. your SL is hit..and then market cross above your entry point and keep rising.
When market see potential to rise....technical indicator showing Rise...Trader go long and keep SL at some logical area...when most trader do this...market drop price and buy your stops in Expected SL area...and then makes move in correct direction.
Buy on retrachement after you see Buy signal.

Something about Pivote

Have you used Pivots ?
Let me tell you something about pivots.There are two types of pivots, first is Daily pivot and another is Weekly Pivots.
I use Weekly Pivot, since they are more accurate than Daily pivots.
What is draw back of Daily pivots ?
If you are using different MT4 from different broker, then you will notice daily closing time of daily pivots differ from broker to broker. so on.... one platform you get one pivot values ...and on another different value ..this creates confusion.
Weekly pivots also has some difference from broker to broker, since Sunday opening of different broker at different time. if during this opening time pair moves big move, then weekly pivots also differs. else weekly pivots value comes more or less accurate. Also weekly pivots works good and give good idea of price sentiment.
So i prefer weekly pivots. when price makes move and if there is no SMA near, price looks for SMA support/ resistance.
if price reach to weekly pivots support after making daily range move, then there is more potential for pair to bounce back.

Dear Friends,

You may wonder why i am using such high parameter in SMA like 2400, You may not have come across such SMA, even most Platform don't support such high SMA value.

What i have done is i am Using SMA50 of all timeframe as Base SMA.

I have converted SMA50 of all TF till H4 to 5min chart.

So SMA 150 Represent SMA50 of 15min chart.

Table is as below

On 5Min Chart

SMA 2400 Represent 4Hr SMA50

SMA 600 Represent 1Hr SMA50

SMA 300 Represent 30Min SMA50

SMA 150 Represent 15Min SMA50

SMA 50 is 5Min SMA50

SMA 5 Close Represent Current direction.

So on 5min Chart you are monitoring SMA50 till 4Hour chart.
And on 5min you will easy see price dynamic of S/R of TF till 4H

What setup consist of ?

Dear friends,
Here is setup arangement for 5 Min JPY setup.
You put following SMA (Simple Moving Average) on 1min and 5min chart.
SMA5, SMA 50, SMA150, SMA300, SMA600, SMA2400.
All above mention SMA are to be apply on close. Refer attached picure.
In next post i will discuss about What are those SMA, what we have to look for where we have to take pos, and some price patterns.
